A small expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online MMORPG. Stonethorn introduces new equipment and two dungeons with related storyline threads. ZeniMax Online is responsible for developing the DLC.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Stonethorn is an expansion to the 2014 MMORPG - The Elder Scrolls Online. ZeniMax Online is responsible for developing the add-on.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Stonethorn continues the story from the Greymoor expansion. It presents two threads. The first focuses on Lady Thorn, the ruler of Castle Thorn fortress. An army of vampires is being formed in this place. If it is not stopped, it will devastate Western Skyrim.
The second story is about an alchemist known as Arkasis. He spends time in his laboratory, where he brings to life various creatures. It is up to the player to stop this.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Stonethorn makes no changes to the gameplay mechanics. Instead, the creators decided to expand the game world. The core of the DLC are two dungeons - Castle Thorn and Stone Garden - both connected with the main plot. In addition, the add-on implements smaller functions and elements such as equipment, collector's items or achievements.
Stonethorn is not a stand-alone add-on, so it requires a basic version of The Elder Scrolls Online to work. It is available free of charge for ESO Plus subscribers. It can also be purchased for crowns in the game shop.
